Article R114-66 of the French Sports Code

Are considered representative within the meaning of articles 3, 3-1 and 5 of the aforementioned decree of 28 May 1982, on the one hand the trade union organisations with at least one seat on the social committee of the administration of the sports resources, expertise and performance centre concerned, and on the other hand the trade union organisations with at least one seat on the social committee of the ministerial administration placed under the ministers responsible for youth and sports.

Are considered to be representative within the meaning of articles 3, 4-1 and 6 of the aforementioned decree of 3 April 1985, on the one hand the trade union organisations with at least one seat on the social committee of the administration of the centre concerned, and on the other hand the trade union organisations with at least one seat on the Conseil supérieur de la fonction publique territoriale.

All trade unions affiliated to the same union are allocated the same premises.

Sont considérées comme représentatives au sens des articles 3,3-1 et 5 du décret du 28 mai 1982 précité, d’une part les organisations syndicales disposant d’au moins un siège au sein du comité social d’administration du centre de ressources, d’expertise et de performance sportive concerné, d’autre part les organisations syndicales disposant d’au moins un siège au sein du comité social d’administration ministériel placé auprès des ministres chargés de la jeunesse et des sports.

Sont considérées comme représentatives au sens des articles 3,4-1 et 6 du décret du 3 avril 1985 précité, d’une part les organisations syndicales disposant d’au moins un siège au sein du comité social d’administration du centre concerné, d’autre part les organisations syndicales disposant d’au moins un siège au Conseil supérieur de la fonction publique territoriale.

L’ensemble des syndicats affiliés à une même union se voient attribuer un même local.
