Article R121-6 of the French Sports Code

Reasons are given for the prefectoral order suspending or withdrawing approval. It is published in the recueil des actes administratifs of the prefecture of the department in which the registered office is located and, where different, in the recueil des actes administratifs of the prefecture of the department in which the approval order was published.

The order suspending or withdrawing approval is communicated to the mayor of the municipality in which the association’s head office is located, to the president of the public inter-municipal cooperation body and, where applicable, to the federation to which the sports association is affiliated.

Article R121-6

L’arrêté préfectoral portant suspension ou retrait de l’agrément est motivé. Il est publié au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture du département du siège et, lorsqu’il est différent, au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture du département dans lequel avait été publié l’arrêté d’agrément.

L’arrêté portant suspension ou retrait est communiqué au maire de la commune où se situe le siège de l’association, au président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale et, le cas échéant, à la fédération à laquelle est affiliée l’association sportive.
