Article R123-162 of the French Commercial code

The filing of the accounting documents provided for in the first paragraph of Article R. 123-111, accompanied, where applicable, by a declaration of confidentiality or a declaration of simplified publication of the annual accounts pursuant to article R. 123-111-1 shall give rise to the insertion of a notice in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 232-19 à R. 232-22.

Article R123-162

Le dépôt des documents comptables prévus au premier alinéa de l’article R. 123-111, accompagnés, le cas échéant, d’une déclaration de confidentialité ou d’une déclaration de publication simplifiée des comptes annuels en application de l’article R. 123-111-1 donne lieu à l’insertion d’un avis au Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 232-19 à R. 232-22.
