Persons legally established in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area who wish to carry out on national territory on a temporary or occasional basis an activity falling within the scope of Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market and who choose to complete with the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1 the procedures and formalities required for access to and the exercise of their activity within the framework of the single file provided for in Article L. 123-33 are hereinafter referred to as “cross-border service providers.”
