Within fifteen days of notification of dismissal, the employee may, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or delivered against receipt, ask the employer for clarification of the reasons set out in the letter of dismissal.
The employer has a period of fifteen days following receipt of the employee’s request to provide clarification if it so wishes. It shall send these clarifications to the employee by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by delivery against receipt.
Within a period of fifteen days following notification of the dismissal and in the same manner, the employer may, on its own initiative, specify the reasons for the dismissal.
