Article R1232-17 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Agency shall, where appropriate, forward to the Minister for Research, within the two-month time limit laid down in Article R. 1232-18, any information in his possession which is likely to make it possible to assess the need for the sample or the relevance of the research.

Le directeur général de l’agence transmet, le cas échéant, au ministre de la recherche, dans le délai de deux mois fixé à l’article R. 1232-18, les informations dont il dispose et qui sont de nature à permettre d’apprécier la nécessité du prélèvement ou la pertinence de la recherche.
