Article R1233-9 of the French Labour Code

When there is no social and economic committee in the company, the information mentioned in article L. 1233-31, the job protection plan and the information provided for in 1° of article R. 1233-6 are sent by electronic means to the regional director of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment at the same time as the notification of the redundancy project provided for in article L. 1233-46.

Lorsqu’il n’existe pas de comité social et économique dans l’entreprise, les informations mentionnées à l’article L. 1233-31, le plan de sauvegarde de l’emploi et les renseignements prévus au 1° de l’article R. 1233-6 sont adressés par la voie dématérialisée au directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi en même temps que la notification du projet de licenciement prévue à l’article L. 1233-46.
