Article R1243-55 of the French Public Health Code

Any change in the information contained in the declaration file that is likely to result in a substantial change in the conditions under which the declared activities are carried out, in particular a change in the person or persons scientifically responsible for the declared activities, a change in the nature of the elements and products prepared or conserved, their origin and the way in which they are obtained or the constitution, acquisition, transfer or destruction of a collection, shall be notified without delay by the organisation to the Minister responsible for research and, where applicable, to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

Toute modification des éléments figurant dans le dossier de déclaration de nature à entraîner un changement substantiel dans les conditions d’exercice des activités déclarées, en particulier le changement du ou des responsables scientifiques des activités déclarées, le changement de nature des éléments et des produits préparés ou conservés, leur provenance et leurs modalités d’obtention ou la constitution, l’acquisition, le transfert ou la destruction d’une collection, est portée sans délai par l’organisme à la connaissance du ministre chargé de la recherche et, le cas échéant, du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
