Article R1251-30 of the French Labour Code

When a temporary employment undertaking’s guarantee commitment comes to an end, for any reason whatsoever, it may only continue to operate if it has obtained another guarantee commitment under the conditions set out in this paragraph, so that payment of the debts defined in article L. 1251-49 is guaranteed without interruption.

Lorsque l’engagement de caution dont bénéficie une entreprise de travail temporaire prend fin, pour quelque cause que ce soit, l’activité de cette entreprise ne peut être poursuivie que si elle a obtenu, dans les conditions prévues par le présent paragraphe, un autre engagement de caution, afin que le paiement des dettes définies à l’article L. 1251-49 soit garanti sans interruption.
