Decisions to grant approval, change the collective agreement and withdraw approval for an employers’ group may be appealed to the authority referred to in article R. 1253-12 within one month of notification of the contested decision.

Les décisions de délivrance d’agrément, de changement de convention collective et de retrait d’agrément du groupement d’employeurs peuvent faire l’objet d’un recours auprès de l’autorité mentionnée à l’article R. 1253-12 dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la notification de la décision contestée.
