The company may:

1° Make available to one of the members of the employers’ group one of the employees it employs who is not assigned to this activity;

2° Use an employee assigned to the activity of the employers’ group for its own needs.

La société peut :

1° Mettre à la disposition de l’un des membres du groupement d’employeurs un des salariés qu’elle emploie qui n’est pas affecté à cette activité ;

2° Utiliser pour ses besoins propres un salarié affecté à l’activité de groupement d’employeurs.
