Article R131-15 of the French Sports Code

Prior to the organisation of a competition, approved sports federations that do not hold the delegation provided for in article L. 131-14 inform the federation that holds this delegation for the discipline concerned of their intention to issue a certificate mentioned in article R. 131-13 at the end of this competition and indicate the exact wording.

Préalablement à l’organisation d’une compétition, les fédérations sportives agréées et non titulaires de la délégation prévue à l’article L. 131-14 informent la fédération titulaire de cette délégation pour la discipline concernée de leur intention de procéder à l’issue de cette compétition à la délivrance d’un titre mentionné à l’article R. 131-13 et en indiquent le libellé exact.
