Article R131-24 of the French Sports Code

Staff working as sports technical advisors must exercise professional discretion with regard to all facts, information or documents of which they are aware, particularly concerning the Ministry of Sport and the federation with which they work.

Their duties are incompatible with any elective office within the local, departmental, regional or national governing bodies of the federation with which they carry out these duties.

They are also incompatible with any activity as a sports agent.

Les personnels exerçant la mission de conseiller technique sportif doivent faire preuve de discrétion professionnelle pour tous les faits, informations ou documents dont ils ont connaissance, concernant, notamment, le ministère chargé des sports et la fédération auprès de laquelle ils exercent.

Leurs missions sont incompatibles avec toute fonction élective au sein des instances dirigeantes, locales, départementales, régionales ou nationales, de la fédération auprès de laquelle ils exercent ces missions.

Elles sont également incompatibles avec toute activité d’agent sportif.
