Article R131-26 of the French Sports Code

The application for delegation must include:

1° A presentation of the national strategy to promote the principles of the Republican Commitment Contract referred to in article L. 131-15-2 ;

2° An official calendar of the competitions that they organise or authorise, allowing athletes, trainers and referees the recovery time necessary to protect their health, published before the start of the competitions in the sporting season;

3° The calendar and presentation of the methods for organising the special medical surveillance of its licence-holders registered on the list of top-level athletes mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 221-2 as well as its licence-holders recognised in the federal performance project mentioned in article L. 131-15.

In addition, the Minister for Sport may, by decree, draw up a list of documents to be attached to the application for delegation, depending on the specific characteristics of the federation.

Article R131-26

La demande de délégation comporte :

1° Une présentation de la stratégie nationale visant à promouvoir les principes du contrat d’engagement républicain mentionné à l’article L. 131-15-2 ;

2° Un calendrier officiel des compétitions qu’elles organisent ou autorisent, ménageant aux sportifs, aux entraîneurs et aux arbitres le temps de récupération nécessaire à la protection de leur santé, publié avant le début des compétitions de la saison sportive ;

3° Le calendrier et la présentation des modalités d’organisation de la surveillance médicale particulière de ses licenciés inscrits sur la liste des sportifs de haut niveau mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 221-2 ainsi que de ses licenciés reconnus dans le projet de performance fédéral mentionné à l’article L. 131-15.

En outre, le ministre chargé des sports peut fixer par arrêté une liste de documents joints à la demande de délégation en fonction des spécificités de la fédération.
