Article R131-28-1 of the French Sports Code

The following documents are appended to the delegation contract:

1° The contract of republican commitment mentioned in article L. 131-8 ;

2° A presentation of the national strategy to promote the principles of the contract of republican commitment mentioned in article L. 131-15-2 ;

3° A presentation of the federal performance project mentioned in article L. 131-15 for federations which organise the practice of disciplines recognised as high-level under the conditions set out in article R. 221-1-1 ;

4° The charter of ethics and professional conduct mentioned in article L. 131-15-1 as well as an activity report from the ethics and professional conduct committee set up pursuant to the same article;

5° The agreement concluded between the federation and the professional league it has set up;

6° The regulations mentioned in article L. 131-16 as well as the technical rules including in particular the rules mentioned in articles R. 131-32, R. 131-33 and, where applicable, those mentioned in articles R. 331-7 and R. 331-19 ;

7° Where applicable, the agreement linking the federation to its territorial or national bodies when they have legal personality;

8° The framework agreement mentioned in article R. 131-23;

9° The agreements signed between the Agence nationale du sport and the federation.

Article R131-28-1

Figurent en annexe du contrat de délégation les documents suivants :

1° Le contrat d’engagement républicain mentionné à l’article L. 131-8 ;

2° Une présentation de la stratégie nationale visant à promouvoir les principes du contrat d’engagement républicain mentionnée à l’article L. 131-15-2 ;

3° Une présentation du projet de performance fédéral mentionné à l’article L. 131-15 pour les fédérations qui organisent la pratique de disciplines reconnues de haut niveau dans les conditions prévues par l’article R. 221-1-1 ;

4° La charte d’éthique et de déontologie mentionnée à l’article L. 131-15-1 ainsi qu’un bilan d’activité du comité d’éthique et de déontologie institué en application du même article ;

5° La convention conclue entre la fédération et la ligue professionnelle qu’elle a constituée ;

6° Les règlements mentionnés à l’article L. 131-16 ainsi que les règles techniques comprenant notamment les règles mentionnées aux articles R. 131-32, R. 131-33 et, le cas échéant, celles mentionnées aux articles R. 331-7 et R. 331-19 ;

7° Le cas échéant, la convention liant la fédération à ses organismes territoriaux ou nationaux lorsqu’ils sont dotés de la personnalité morale ;

8° La convention-cadre mentionnée à l’article R. 131-23 ;

9° Les conventions signées entre l’Agence nationale du sport et la fédération.
