The delegation may be withdrawn by the Minister responsible for Sport, after consultation with the French National Olympic and Sports Committee and, when the discipline is specifically dedicated to disabled people, the French Paralympic and Sports Committee:
1° In the event of a breach of public order;
2° In the event of non-compliance with the commitments set out in the delegation contract;
3° In the event of non-compliance with one or more of the conditions set out in articles R. 131-25 and R. 131-27 ;
4° In the event of non-compliance with the general interest in the promotion and development of physical and sporting activities;
5° In the event of non-compliance by the federation with the provisions of article L. 333-6 organising the conditions for providing information on the staging of sporting events.
Withdrawal of the delegation automatically terminates the delegation contract.
The delegation is automatically withdrawn in the event of the withdrawal or non-renewal of the authorisation granted to the sports federation concerned, as well as in the event of non-compliance with the Republican Commitment Contract.
Partial withdrawal of the delegation takes place under the same conditions as those laid down for the withdrawal of a sports delegation.
The federation benefiting from the delegation is informed in advance of the reasons for the withdrawal or partial withdrawal and given the opportunity to present written or oral observations.
The decision to withdraw or partially withdraw the delegation is taken by means of a reasoned order, an extract of which is published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
