Article R131-36 of the French Sports Code

The rules and regulations of sports federations holding the delegation referred to in article L. 131-14 are published in electronic form under conditions designed to guarantee their reliability, set by order of the Minister for Sport. Public access is free of charge.

The regulations published in electronic form in application of the first paragraph come into force on the date they set or, failing that, the day after they are put online.

La publication des règlements des fédérations sportives disposant de la délégation mentionnée à l’article L. 131-14 est assurée sous forme électronique dans des conditions de nature à garantir sa fiabilité, fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé des sports. Le public y a accès gratuitement.

Les règlements publiés sous forme électronique en application du premier alinéa, entrent en vigueur à la date qu’ils fixent ou, à défaut, le lendemain de leur mise en ligne.
