Article R131-39 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

When the Banque de France receives notification from the Public Prosecutor’s Office of a prohibition ordered pursuant to Article L. 163-6 concerning a person who is already subject to the same measure in the process of being enforced, it shall notify the Public Prosecutor’s Office that last referred the matter to it, returning the notification and providing all relevant information, unless the effective date of the second prohibition immediately follows the expiry date of the first.

Lorsque la Banque de France reçoit du ministère public notification d’une interdiction prononcée en application de l’article L. 163-6 concernant une personne qui se trouve déjà sous le coup de la même mesure en cours d’exécution, elle en avise le parquet qui l’a saisie en dernier lieu en faisant retour de la notification et en donnant tous renseignements utiles, sauf si la date de prise d’effet de la deuxième interdiction suit immédiatement la date d’expiration de la première.
