The file sent by the sports federation’s authorised agent to the Autorité nationale des jeux or to the company La Française des jeux, as well as the results of the computer matching operations, are kept by the Autorité and by the said company for a period of one year from the date on which the results are sent to the federation.
Le fichier transmis par l’agent habilité de la fédération sportive à l’Autorité nationale des jeux ou à la société La Française des jeux ainsi que les résultats des opérations informatiques de rapprochement sont conservés par l’Autorité et par ladite société durant un an à compter de l’envoi des résultats à la fédération.
