The agreements referred to in Article L. 132-28 shall be drawn up in writing at the request of the intermediaries and shall provide in particular for:
1° The insurance intermediary shall:
a) Submit to the insurance undertaking any draft advertising document drawn up by the intermediary, irrespective of the medium used, and any changes that the intermediary intends to make to the document, prior to its distribution;
b) Comply with the obligation to use only advertising documents approved by the insurance undertaking;
2° The insurance undertaking shall:
a) Verification that any draft or amended advertising document relating to the contract and drawn up by the intermediary complies with the insurance or capitalisation contract, within a period set by the agreement;
b) Systematic transmission and updating, in particular in the form of presentation sheets, of the information required to assess all the characteristics of the contract, both by the intermediary and by customers; this information is available on paper or any other durable medium.
