Article R132-8 of the French Sports Code

The articles of association of the professional league and any amendments made thereto shall come into force following their approval by the General Meeting of the Federation and the publication of the order of the Minister for Sport recording their compliance with the provisions of this Title.

Les statuts de la ligue professionnelle ainsi que les modifications qui y sont apportées, entrent en vigueur après leur approbation par l’assemblée générale de la fédération et la publication de l’arrêté du ministre chargé des sports constatant leur conformité avec les dispositions du présent titre.
