The labelling of packaged natural mineral waters held with a view to sale, offered for sale, sold or distributed free of charge shall include, in addition to the particulars provided for in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, as amended, on the provision of food information to consumers, the following particulars:
1° The name of the source consisting of one or more natural or drilled outlets ;
2° The place of exploitation and, in the cases provided for in Article 26 of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, as amended, on the provision of food information to consumers, a reference to the country of origin;
3° The analytical composition of the packaged natural mineral water with regard to its characteristic constituents;
4° Where applicable, information relating to treatment with ozone-enriched air;
5° Where applicable, mention of other treatments intended to separate certain undesirable constituents, with the exception of filtration or decantation;
6° Warnings relating to levels of certain constituents;
7° The commercial designation, when it differs from the name of the source;
8° The sales name mentioned in article R. 1322-44-9 of this code.
An order of the ministers responsible for consumption and health sets the terms and conditions for applying the provisions mentioned in 4°, 5° and 6°, in particular the concentration limits above which a statement is required on the labelling of packaged waters and the deadlines for applying this provision.
