Article R1322-44-5 of the French Public Health Code

The costs of sampling and analysis for the monitoring and health control of natural mineral water provided for in this sub-section are set according to the procedures mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 1321-19. They are paid for by the operator.

Les frais des prélèvements et des analyses de la surveillance et du contrôle sanitaire de l’eau minérale naturelle prévus à la présente sous-section sont fixés selon les modalités mentionnées au second alinéa de l’article R. 1321-19. Ils sont à la charge de l’exploitant.
