Failure to comply with the provisions of articles L. 1311-2 to L. 1322-4 and R. 1321-1 to R. 1321-5 relating to internal regulations is punishable by a fourth-class fine. Failure to comply with the provisions of the fourth paragraph of article R. 1321-6 is punishable by the same penalty.
Le fait de méconnaître les dispositions des articles L. 1311-2 à L. 1322-4 et R. 1321-1 à R. 1321-5 relatives au règlement intérieur, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe. Est punie de la même peine la méconnaissance des dispositions du quatrième alinéa de l’article R. 1321-6.
