Article R133-10 of the French Tourism Code

The Committee deliberates on all matters relating to the operation and activities of the Tourist Office, and in particular on :

1° The Office’s revenue and expenditure budget;

2° The financial account for the previous financial year;

3° Fixing the minimum number of staff and their remuneration rates;

4° The annual advertising and promotional programme;

5° The programme of festivals, cultural and artistic events and sporting competitions;

6° Projects for the creation of tourist or sports services or facilities;

7° matters submitted to it by the Town Council for an opinion.

Article R133-10

Le comité délibère sur toutes les questions intéressant le fonctionnement et l’activité de l’office de tourisme, et notamment sur :

1° Le budget des recettes et des dépenses de l’office ;

2° Le compte financier de l’exercice écoulé ;

3° La fixation des effectifs minimums du personnel et le tarif de leurs rémunérations ;

4° Le programme annuel de publicité et de promotion ;

5° Le programme des fêtes, manifestations culturelles et artistiques, compétitions sportives ;

6° Les projets de création de services ou installations touristiques ou sportifs ;

7° Les questions qui lui sont soumises pour avis par le conseil municipal.
