In resorts whose facilities and operation have been the subject of concessions granted by the municipality or municipalities concerned, the creation of a tourist office in the form of a public industrial and commercial establishment may not affect the stipulations of the contracts in force.

Dans les stations dont l’équipement et l’exploitation ont fait l’objet de concessions de la commune ou des communes intéressées, la création d’un office de tourisme constitué sous la forme d’un établissement public industriel et commercial ne peut porter atteinte aux stipulations des contrats en vigueur.
