Article R1333-171 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The authorities referred to in Article R. 1333-168 or Article R. 1333-169 shall rule on the application for designation within six months of receipt of a dossier including the reasoned opinion of the head of department. If no decision is taken within this period, the application will be rejected.

II – The designation decision referred to in Article R. 1333-168 is notified to the person concerned and published in the Official Bulletin of the French Nuclear Safety Authority.

The decision to designate referred to in Article R. 1333-169 is notified to the person concerned and published in the Journal officiel de la République française.

Article R1333-171

I.-Les autorités mentionnées à l’article R. 1333-168 ou à l’article R. 1333-169 statuent sur la demande de désignation dans un délai de six mois à compter de la réception d’un dossier incluant l’avis motivé du chef de service. Le silence gardé à l’expiration de ce délai vaut rejet de la demande.

II.-La décision de désignation mentionnée à l’article R. 1333-168 est notifiée à l’intéressé et publiée au Bulletin officiel de l’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire.

La décision de désignation mentionnée à l’article R. 1333-169 est notifiée à l’intéressé et publiée au Journal officiel de la République française.
