Article R1342-13 of the French Public Health Code

The declaration provided for in article L. 1342-1 is drawn up for any mixture classified as hazardous within thirty days of it being placed on the market. It is sent to a body designated by order of the ministers responsible for health, labour, the environment and agriculture, which guarantees the security of electronic declarations, the confidentiality of all data during transmission and storage and compliance with the provisions of articles R. 1340-6 and R. 1340-7.

The declaration is sent by this body to the bodies responsible for toxicovigilance and to the body mentioned in article L. 4411-4 of the Labour Code.

Article R1342-13

La déclaration prévue à l’article L. 1342-1 est établie pour tout mélange classé comme dangereux dans les trente jours qui suivent sa mise sur le marché. Elle est adressée à un organisme désigné par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé, du travail, de l’environnement et de l’agriculture, qui garantit la sécurité des déclarations par voie électronique, la confidentialité de l’ensemble des données lors de leur transmission et de leur conservation et le respect des dispositions des articles R. 1340-6 et R. 1340-7.

La déclaration est transmise par cet organisme aux organismes chargés de la toxicovigilance et à l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 4411-4 du code du travail.
