When the national health strategy is drawn up and evaluated, account is taken of regional cooperation initiatives organised by players in the health and medico-social sectors, with each of the local authorities mentioned in article R. 1411-7.
The regional cooperation referred to in article L. 1411-10 is developed in particular within the framework of:
1° Agreements concluded by health establishments on the basis of article L. 6134-1 ;
2° Agreements concluded by regional health agencies on the basis of article L. 1434-2 ;
3° Agreements concerning health or medico-social action, entered into by the local authorities mentioned in article R. 1411-7 with foreign local authorities in application of article L. 1115-1 of the General Local Authorities Code.
The State services in the local authority concerned, the relevant regional health agency and the health establishments inform the Minister for Health of the extent and development of regional cooperation initiatives in the health or medico-social field of which they are aware.
