Article R1411-11 of the French Public Health Code

When the national health strategy is drawn up and evaluated, account is taken of regional cooperation initiatives organised by players in the health and medico-social sectors, with each of the local authorities mentioned in article R. 1411-7.

The regional cooperation referred to in article L. 1411-10 is developed in particular within the framework of:

1° Agreements concluded by health establishments on the basis of article L. 6134-1 ;

2° Agreements concluded by regional health agencies on the basis of article L. 1434-2 ;

3° Agreements concerning health or medico-social action, entered into by the local authorities mentioned in article R. 1411-7 with foreign local authorities in application of article L. 1115-1 of the General Local Authorities Code.

The State services in the local authority concerned, the relevant regional health agency and the health establishments inform the Minister for Health of the extent and development of regional cooperation initiatives in the health or medico-social field of which they are aware.

Article R1411-11

Lors de l’élaboration et de l’évaluation de la stratégie nationale de santé, sont prises en compte les actions de coopération régionale organisées par des acteurs des secteurs sanitaire et médico-social, avec chacune des collectivités mentionnées à l’article R. 1411-7.

La coopération régionale, mentionnée à l’article L. 1411-10, est notamment développée dans le cadre :

1° Des conventions conclues par les établissements de santé sur le fondement de l’article L. 6134-1 ;

2° Des conventions conclues par les agences régionales de santé sur le fondement de l’article L. 1434-2 ;

3° De conventions concernant l’action sanitaire ou médico-sociale, conclues par les collectivités mentionnées à l’article R. 1411-7 avec des autorités locales étrangères en application de l’article L. 1115-1 du code général des collectivités territoriales.

Les services de l’Etat dans la collectivité concernée, l’agence régionale de santé compétente et les établissements de santé informent le ministre chargé de la santé de l’étendue et du développement des actions de coopération régionale en matière sanitaire ou médico-sociale dont ils ont connaissance.
