Article R1412-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The public cultural cooperation establishments created pursuant to article L. 1412-3 are subject to the provisions of the chapitre unique du titre III du livre IV de la première partie, with the exception of the provisions providing for the presence of the State on the Board of Directors and the appointment by the latter of qualified individuals as provided for in 2° of Article R. 1431-4.

Article R1412-4

Les établissements publics de coopération culturelle créés en application de l’article L. 1412-3 sont soumis aux dispositions du chapitre unique du titre III du livre IV de la première partie, à l’exception des dispositions prévoyant la présence de l’Etat au conseil d’administration et la nomination par celui-ci de personnalités qualifiées prévues au 2° de l’article R. 1431-4.
