Article R1413-11 of the French Public Health Code

The Managing Director of the Agency, the Accounting Officer, the Budget Controller, the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board, the Chairman of the Ethics Committee and the Chairman of the Steering and Dialogue Committee attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity.

The Chief Executive Officer may be assisted by any person of his choice.

The Board of Directors may hear any person it considers useful for its information.

Le directeur général de l’agence, l’agent comptable, le contrôleur budgétaire, le président du conseil scientifique, le président du comité d’éthique et de déontologie et le président du comité d’orientation et de dialogue assistent aux séances du conseil d’administration avec voix consultative.

Le directeur général peut se faire assister de toute personne de son choix.

Le conseil d’administration peut entendre toute personne dont il estime l’audition utile à son information.
