Article R1413-13 of the French Public Health Code

The Board of Directors may delegate some of its powers to its Chairman or to the Chief Executive Officer, with the exception of the matters referred to in 1°, 2°, 3°, 5°, 7°, 8°, 15°, 16°, 17°, 18°, 19° and 20° of article R. 1413-12, within the limits that it shall determine and in accordance with procedures that allow it to be held accountable.

Article R1413-13

Le conseil d’administration peut déléguer à son président ou au directeur général certaines de ses compétences, à l’exception des matières mentionnées aux 1°, 2°, 3°, 5°, 7°, 8°, 15°, 16°, 17°, 18°, 19° et 20° de l’article R. 1413-12, dans des limites qu’il détermine et selon des modalités permettant qu’il lui soit rendu compte.
