The Chairman of the Board of Directors is appointed for a term of four years, renewable once. This provision shall not prevent the Chairman from holding a directorship before or after his term of office. The duties of Chairman of the Board of Directors are incompatible with those of Chief Executive Officer of the Agency.
The age limit for the Chairman is sixty-seven.
Le président du conseil d’administration est nommé pour une durée de quatre ans, renouvelable une fois. Cette disposition ne fait pas obstacle à ce que le président exerce avant ou après ses fonctions un mandat d’administrateur. Les fonctions de président du conseil d’administration sont incompatibles avec celles de directeur général de l’agence.
La limite d’âge du président est fixée à soixante-sept ans.
