Article R1423-49 of the French Labour Code

Staff belonging to category C of the civil service and, where appropriate, auxiliary and temporary staff contribute to the operation of the various registry departments.

These staff may, on an exceptional and temporary basis, and after taking the oath provided for inarticle 24 of decree no. 2015-1275 of 13 October 2015 on the special status of court registrars, be entrusted with the duties mentioned in article R. 1423-41.

After a period of four months, they shall, at their request, be relieved of these duties.

Article R1423-49

Des personnels appartenant à la catégorie C de la fonction publique, et, le cas échéant, des auxiliaires et des vacataires concourent au fonctionnement des différents services du greffe.

Ces personnels peuvent, à titre exceptionnel et temporaire, et après avoir prêté le serment prévu à l’article 24 du décret n° 2015-1275 du 13 octobre 2015 portant statut particulier des greffiers des services judiciaires, être chargés des fonctions mentionnées à l’article R. 1423-41.

Au-delà d’un délai de quatre mois, ils sont, sur leur demande, déchargés de ces fonctions.
