The staffing and operating expenses of industrial tribunals include in particular :
1° The cost of maintaining the premises, heating, lighting, sanitary facilities and security ;
2° Compensation for the industrial tribunal activities listed in article R. 1423-55 within the limits and conditions set by decree. The request for reimbursement to the employers of the salaries paid to the employee members of the industrial tribunal, as well as the corresponding benefits and social security charges, must be sent to the industrial tribunal registry no later than in the calendar year following the year of the employee’s absence from the company. Failing this, the request for reimbursement is time-barred;
3° The purchase of medals;
4° Costs of equipment, documentation, office supplies, installation, maintenance and telephone subscription;
5° Travel expenses incurred by labour tribunal members in carrying out the labour tribunal activities listed in article R. 1423-55, within the distance limits set by decree;
6° The travel expenses of the judge acting in application of article L. 1454-2 when the seat of the industrial tribunal is located more than five kilometres from the seat of the court.
