The registry directors keep the administrative accounts of the operating expenses set out in article R. 1423-51.
A registry official other than the registry director is authorised to receive the sums deposited by the parties to the proceedings as an advance. These sums are paid into a deposit account at the Treasury. However, the duties of the aforementioned administrators may be entrusted to the registrar by order of the Minister of Justice.
In accordance with the conditions laid down for the imprest accounts and receipts of public bodies, an imprest account and a receipts account may be set up in each court with the secondary authorising officer for expenditure relating to the mission concerning justice with a view to the collection or payment of receipts or expenditure.
