For the application of the second paragraph of article L. 1424-36, the Commission shall have access to all the documents used for the financial assessment provided for in Chapter 1 of Decree n° 96-1005 du 22 novembre 1996 relatif à l’installation des premiers conseils d’administration des services départementaux d’incendie et de secours.
The commission notifies the department, the commune or the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation of the averages observed concerning them. The local authority or public establishment has one month in which to make its observations known.
In the light of these observations and at the end of this period, the commission draws up the final statement of average expenditure for the department, municipality or public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation concerned.
The Prefect is notified of all these procedures. He may request a new deliberation from the commission.
