I. This chapter applies to the operations referred to in Article L. 143-1.

II-The rates charged by insurance undertakings are based on mortality tables and rates defined by order of the Minister for the Economy.

I.-Le présent chapitre s’applique aux opérations mentionnées à l’article L. 143-1.

II.-Les tarifs pratiqués par les entreprises d’assurance sont établis d’après des tables de mortalité et des taux définis par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie.
