The Agency and Working Conditions Committee appoints an anti-sexual harassment and gender-based harassment officer from among its members, in the form of a resolution adopted in accordance with the procedures set out in Article R. 1432-106, for a term ending with the term of office of the elected members of the Committee.
Un référent en matière de lutte contre le harcèlement sexuel et les agissements sexistes est désigné par le comité d’agence et des conditions de travail parmi ses membres, sous la forme d’une résolution adoptée selon les modalités définies à l’article R. 1432-106, pour une durée qui prend fin avec celle des membres élus du comité.
