The full members and alternate members of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee are entitled to a monthly credit of delegation hours to carry out all the tasks of the Committee, its committees and, where they exist, the local representatives.
This number of delegation hours is determined for each of the full and alternate members on the basis of the total number of employees in the agency:

Each month, the full members of the same list may divide the delegation hours available to them among themselves and with the alternate members of the committee.
A local agreement may provide for the annualisation of delegation hours.
