Article R1432-109-2 of the French Public Health Code

The time spent by the elected members of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee is remunerated as actual working time:

1° In seeking preventive measures in all urgent and serious situations;

2° At meetings of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee, the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee provided for in article R. 1432-115-1 and the meetings provided for in article R. 1432-120-2;

3° Preparing for the meetings referred to in the previous paragraph and drafting the minutes;

4° Investigations carried out after a serious accident at work or repeated incidents that have revealed a serious risk or a serious occupational disease or illness of a serious occupational nature;

5° Travel time.

This time is added to the delegation hours provided for committee members.

Est rémunéré comme temps de travail effectif le temps passé par les membres élus du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail :


1° A la recherche de mesures préventives dans toute situation d’urgence et de gravité ;


2° Aux réunions du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail, de la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail prévues à l’article R. 1432-115-1, aux réunions prévues à l’article R. 1432-120-2 ;


3° A la préparation des réunions citées à l’alinéa précédent et à la rédaction de leur compte-rendu ;


4° Aux enquêtes menées après un accident du travail grave ou des incidents répétés ayant révélé un risque grave ou une maladie professionnelle ou à caractère professionnel grave ;


5° Au temps de déplacement.


Ce temps s’ajoute aux heures de délégation prévues pour les membres du comité.
