Article R1432-113 of the French Public Health Code

The Chief Executive of the Agency shall provide the Agency and Working Conditions Committee with at least one suitably equipped room and the equipment necessary for it to carry out its duties.

The staff representatives on the Agency and Working Conditions Committee may organise internal staff information meetings in the premises made available to the Committee. They may invite outside personalities to attend, provided that they notify the Managing Director at least three days before the meeting. These meetings take place outside the participants’ working time. However, staff representatives on the committee may meet during the time they are exercising their mandate.

Le directeur général de l’agence met à la disposition du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail au moins un local aménagé approprié et le matériel nécessaire à l’exercice de ses fonctions.

Les représentants du personnel au comité d’agence et des conditions de travail peuvent organiser, dans le local mis à la disposition de ce dernier, des réunions d’information, internes au personnel. Ils peuvent inviter des personnalités extérieures à y participer, sous réserve d’en avertir le directeur général, au moins trois jours avant la réunion. Ces réunions ont lieu en dehors du temps de travail des participants. Toutefois, les représentants du personnel au sein du comité peuvent se réunir pendant le temps d’exercice de leur mandat.
