The Chief Executive of the Agency shall provide the Agency and Working Conditions Committee with at least one suitably equipped room and the equipment necessary for it to carry out its duties.
The staff representatives on the Agency and Working Conditions Committee may organise internal staff information meetings in the premises made available to the Committee. They may invite outside personalities to attend, provided that they notify the Managing Director at least three days before the meeting. These meetings take place outside the participants’ working time. However, staff representatives on the committee may meet during the time they are exercising their mandate.
