The deliberations and opinions of the Agency Committee shall be brought to the attention of the Agency’s staff by any appropriate means within one month.

The Agency Committee must be informed of the action taken on its deliberations and opinions within two months, by written communication from the Chairman to each of its members.

Les délibérations et les avis émis par le comité d’agence sont portés, par tout moyen approprié, à la connaissance des personnels de l’agence, dans un délai d’un mois.

Le comité d’agence doit être informé des suites données à ses délibérations et avis, dans un délai de deux mois, par une communication écrite du président à chacun des membres.
