The Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee shall be chaired by the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency or his representative.
In addition, it shall include representatives appointed in accordance with the procedures laid down in Article R. 1432-115-3. Their number, depending on the number of staff in the agency in question, is set as follows:
1° In agencies with fewer than 200 employees, the commission is made up of 3 members;
2° In agencies with between 200 and 599 employees, the commission is made up of 4 members;
3° In agencies with more than 600 employees, the commission is made up of 5 members.
The number of commission members appointed to each of the two colleges is proportional to the number of staff in each of the two colleges.
