Article R1432-115-3 of the French Public Health Code

The staff representatives on the Commission are appointed by the trade unions represented on the Agency and Working Conditions Committee from among its full or alternate members.

The total number of seats is divided between the trade unions for each of the two colleges of the Agency Committee mentioned in Article R. 1432-78 in proportion to the number of staff on each college, in accordance with the first and fourth paragraphs of Article R. 1432-86.

Staff representation on the Agency Committee shall include at least one member of the Agency Committee and of the Working Conditions Committee appointed by the second college.

Les représentants du personnel au sein de la commission sont désignés par les organisations syndicales représentées au sein du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail parmi ses membres titulaires ou suppléants.

Le nombre total de sièges est réparti entre les organisations syndicales pour chacun des deux collèges du comité d’agence mentionnés à l’article R. 1432-78 proportionnellement aux effectifs de chacun des collèges, selon les modalités des premier et quatrième alinéas de l’article R. 1432-86.

La représentation des personnels en son sein comprend au moins un membre du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail désigné par le second collège.
