Article R1432-115-4 of the French Public Health Code

Their term of office is identical to that of the elected members of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee. Their term of office may be renewed.

When a member of the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee ceases to hold office in one of the cases provided for in Article R. 1432-82, he/she shall be replaced within one month, for the remainder of the term of office. The trade union organisation concerned is free to appoint its replacement from among the full or alternate members of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee.

La durée de leur mandat est identique à celle des membres élus du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail. Leur mandat peut être renouvelé.

Lorsqu’un membre de la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail cesse ses fonctions dans l’un des cas prévus à l’article R. 1432-82, il est remplacé dans le délai d’un mois, pour la période du mandat restant à courir. L’organisation syndicale concernée désigne librement son remplaçant parmi les membres titulaires ou suppléants du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail.
