Article R1432-81 of the French Public Health Code

Staff representatives on the Agency and Working Conditions Committee are elected for a period of four years. Their term of office may be renewed.

In the interests of the service, the term of office of the staff representatives on the Agency and Working Conditions Committees may be reduced or extended by joint order of the Ministers of Health, Health Insurance, the Elderly and the Disabled, issued after consulting the National Committee for Consultation of the Regional Health Agencies. This reduction or extension may not exceed eighteen months.

Les représentants du personnel au sein du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail sont élus pour une période de quatre ans. Leur mandat peut être renouvelé.

Dans l’intérêt du service, la durée du mandat des représentants du personnel au sein des comités d’agence et des conditions de travail peut être réduite ou prorogée, par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé, de l’assurance maladie, des personnes âgées et des personnes handicapées, pris après avis du Comité national de concertation des agences régionales de santé. Cette réduction ou prorogation ne peut excéder dix-huit mois.
