Article R1432-83-3 of the French Public Health Code

The occupational physician and the officer in charge of implementing health and safety rules mentioned in article R. 1432-161 attend meetings of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee or, where applicable, the specialised committee on health, safety and working conditions, devoted to health, safety and working conditions issues.

The agents mentioned in articles R. 1432-156, R. 1432-160 and R. 1432-161 as well as the staff social assistant may be heard in an advisory capacity on the issues included on the agenda of the meetings of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee or, where applicable, of the specialised committee on health, safety and working conditions, when they are devoted to health, safety and working conditions issues.

Le médecin du travail et l’agent chargé de la mise en œuvre des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité mentionné à l’article R. 1432-161 assistent aux réunions du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail ou le cas échéant de la commission spécialisée en matière de santé, de sécurité et de conditions de travail, consacrées aux questions de santé, sécurité et conditions de travail.


Les agents mentionnés aux articles R. 1432-156, R. 1432-160 et R. 1432-161 ainsi que l’assistant social du personnel peuvent être entendus à titre consultatif sur les questions inscrites à l’ordre du jour des séances du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail ou, le cas échéant, de la commission spécialisée en matière de santé, de sécurité et de conditions de travail, lorsqu’elles sont consacrées aux questions de santé, de sécurité et de conditions de travail.
