Article R1432-85 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Agency informs, by any means, the trade union organisations mentioned in 1° and 2° of I of Article L. 1432-11 of the organisation of the elections, and invites them to take part in the negotiation of the pre-electoral memorandum of understanding.

The Director General invites, by letter, the trade union organisations that are recognised as representative, those that have formed a trade union section and those that are affiliated to a representative trade union organisation at national and inter-professional level to take part in the negotiation of the pre-electoral agreement. This invitation is made at least two months before the expiry of the term of office of the members in office.

The Managing Director shall inform the staff, by any means, of the organisation of the elections. The document posted shall indicate the planned date of the elections, which may not take place more than two months after the date of posting, except in the event of early renewal.

Le directeur général de l’agence informe, par tout moyen, les organisations syndicales mentionnées au 1° et 2° du I de l’article L. 1432-11 de l’organisation des élections, et les invite à participer à la négociation du protocole d’accord préélectoral.

Le directeur général invite, par courrier, les organisations syndicales reconnues représentatives, celles ayant constitué une section syndicale ainsi que celles qui sont affiliées à une organisation syndicale représentative au niveau national et interprofessionnel à participer à la négociation du protocole d’accord préélectoral. Cette invitation est faite au moins deux mois avant l’expiration du mandat des membres en exercice.

Le directeur général informe le personnel, par tout moyen, de l’organisation des élections. Le document affiché indique la date envisagée pour le scrutin, qui ne saurait intervenir plus de deux mois suivant la date de l’affichage, sauf en cas de renouvellement anticipé.
